During my MA studies I worked on several projects exploring the intersection of language, food and culture.

For this research I travelled to Nothern Italy and France and collected inputs from restaurants in which I had food, whilst learning new words and having conversations with the owners of the restaurants about their memories and experiences, asking them what led them to do what they do and how they get inspired.
